Application and Selection Process
The selection process for prospective Cabin Crew members typically involves the following steps:
1. Submission of the online application.
2. Following pre-selection, eligible candidates will be invited to participate in an online interview.
3. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to commence their professional training in May or June.
Key Responsibilities of a Flight Attendant
- Providing exceptional customer service, with a primary focus on safety and passenger care, to create a positive and memorable travel experience.
- Efficiently managing inflight sales, enhancing the purchasing environment, and driving onboard revenue generation.
- Serving as a vital contributor to the buy-on-board business model, playing a key role in generating significant revenue for the company and earning attractive crew commission.
- Performing all onboard and ground duties in strict adherence to the Company's policies and procedures.
- Warmly welcoming passengers and providing assistance and support throughout the flight.
- Acting consistently in accordance with company values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
- Becoming an integral part of a large community of over 5,000 aviation enthusiasts.
Candidate Requirements
- Must hold Polish citizenship.
- Possess a valid passport without limitations, valid for a minimum of 6 months.
- Must be aged 18 years or older.
- Must achieve an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrate fluency, both written and spoken, in the English language.
- Must be able to swim.
- Must reside or be willing to relocate to live within a 60-minute commute of the chosen base and be prepared to undertake this journey according to the work schedule.
- Must not have visible tattoos and/or piercings on parts of the body that are visible when wearing the uniform.
- Must be an enthusiastic individual who enjoys interacting with people.
- Please note that if an applicant wears glasses or contact lenses and their prescription is above +4 or below -4, they may be unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination.
