Application and Selection Process

The selection process for prospective Cabin Crew members typically involves the following steps:

1. Submission of the online application.

2. Following pre-selection, eligible candidates will be invited to participate in an online interview.

3. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to commence their professional training in May or June.

Key Responsibilities of a Flight Attendant

Providing exceptional customer service, with a primary focus on safety and passenger care, to create a positive and memorable travel experience.
Efficiently managing inflight sales, enhancing the purchasing environment, and driving onboard revenue generation.
Serving as a vital contributor to the buy-on-board business model, playing a key role in generating significant revenue for the company and earning attractive crew commission.
Performing all onboard and ground duties in strict adherence to the Company's policies and procedures.
Warmly welcoming passengers and providing assistance and support throughout the flight.
Acting consistently in accordance with company values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
Becoming an integral part of a large community of over 5,000 aviation enthusiasts.

Candidate Requirements

Must hold Polish citizenship.
Possess a valid passport without limitations, valid for a minimum of 6 months.
Must be aged 18 years or older.
Must achieve an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
Hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
Demonstrate fluency, both written and spoken, in the English language.
Must be able to swim.
Must reside or be willing to relocate to live within a 60-minute commute of the chosen base and be prepared to undertake this journey according to the work schedule.
Must not have visible tattoos and/or piercings on parts of the body that are visible when wearing the uniform.
Must be an enthusiastic individual who enjoys interacting with people.
Please note that if an applicant wears glasses or contact lenses and their prescription is above +4 or below -4, they may be unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination.
