About the Role
Envoy Air is seeking an Air Operations Recruiter based at its Headquarters in Irving, TX. This full-time position is integral to the Air Operations Recruitment team, focusing on sourcing and hiring talent across various workgroups including Pilots, Cadets, Flight Attendants, and Aircraft Mechanics. The role involves building strategic partnerships, managing recruitment events, and conducting interviews to support Envoy Air's growth.
Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions and aviation industry organizations to support recruitment programs.

Communicate recruitment event schedules to internal and external stakeholders.

Collaborate with the internal recruitment team to strategize and market external recruitment initiatives.

Address inquiries via phone and email regarding all recruitment programs.

Review and select candidate applications.

Conduct HR interviews both on-site and off-site.

Mentor associate recruiters.

Coordinate team events and ensure appropriate staffing for recruitment functions.

Provide administrative support for recruitment activities as required.

Travel commitment of 50-75%.
Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Aviation recruiting experience.

Demonstrated event planning skills.

Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.

Legal authorization to work in the United States.
