Eastern Air Express is seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Flight Attendant to join our dynamic team. This role requires an open and available schedule, a commitment to upholding company values, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in preflight briefings, produce reports, perform safety checks, and prepare aircraft.
  • Ensure onboard supplies, including food and beverages, are sufficiently stocked and delivered appropriately.
  • Manage payment collection and inventory for restocking purposes.
  • Greet passengers, check boarding passes, answer inquiries, assist with baggage stowage, and provide support to passengers requiring special assistance.
  • Conduct safety demonstrations and provide instructions on emergency equipment and exit row seating requirements.
  • Monitor cabin compliance with federal regulations and ensure passenger comfort during flights.
  • Prepare the aircraft and passengers for landing in accordance with company procedures and federal regulations.
  • Respond to in-flight emergencies by providing passenger direction and assistance, including administering first aid and completing incident reports.
  • Complete and submit all required documentation and paperwork.
  • Exhibit courtesy and respect towards all customers and vendors.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Authorization to work in the United States.
  • Valid US Passport with at least 6 months of remaining validity.
  • Availability for at least 18 days per month.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Minimum age of 21 years.
  • Ability to pass drug and alcohol checks, a pre-employment DOT drug test, and a Criminal History Records Check (CHRC).
  • Must possess and maintain a personal cell phone.
  • Fluent in speaking, reading, writing, and understanding English.
  • Ability to serve alcoholic beverages.
  • Previous customer service experience required; hospitality or retail experience preferred.
  • Ability to travel to Canada.
  • Must maintain valid travel documents without any impediments to international entry.
  • Physical ability to lift, push, or pull objects up to 50 pounds and perform prolonged standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, reaching, lifting, stretching, and bending.
  • Ability to work variable duty schedules with possible extended periods away from home.
  • Availability to be away from the home base, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Availability to attend and successfully complete initial Flight Attendant training and Operational Experience.
  • Must maintain a polished, professional, and conservative appearance.
  • No visible tattoos or body piercings are permitted while on duty.
  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a dynamic environment.

Location

Candidates must reside within 2 hours of Killeen, TX Airport.
