Flight Attendant
As a leading global airline, achieving its goals begins with supporting those of its team members. The company is committed to fostering career growth, providing comprehensive health and wellness benefits, facilitating lasting connections among colleagues and customers, and offering the chance to explore the world through its extensive route network. Join a team dedicated to innovation and shaping the future of air travel together.
Currently, the airline employs over 28,000 active Flight Attendants, operating the world's largest airline with the most expansive network, experiencing unprecedented growth. The unique opportunity to see the world while working makes the role of a Flight Attendant highly sought after. Special schooling or a college degree is not required, as selected candidates receive full training directly from the airline.
A Flight Attendant's journey commences with industry-leading initial training, a 6.5-week program held in Houston, TX. Trainees receive instruction on the airline's safety and service standards. During training, a base location is assigned from hubs in Chicago, Denver, Houston, Los Angeles, Newark, San Francisco, Washington Dulles, or other Flight Attendant bases (relocation funds are not provided). Successful completion of training and base orientation welcomes individuals as full-time employees. While in training, a weekly stipend is provided, along with dual occupancy hotel accommodations, breakfast, and one additional meal daily, dependent on the training schedule.
