Position Summary
United Therapeutics is seeking a professional, detail-oriented Flight Attendant to join its flight operations team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional service on a large cabin aircraft, ensuring a zen ambiance and high-level support for crew and clients within a growing, innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities

Properly use and track inventory of all emergency and service equipment and supplies on assigned aircraft.

Manage inventory of backup supplies and amenities at the aircraft's home base.

Oversee water, electrical, media, and communications systems on the aircraft.

Manage specialized dietary requirements and passenger preferences.

Ensure the cabin is properly staged prior to passenger arrival and coordinate service and cabin appearance within allotted departure and flight times.

Assist with passenger luggage stowage.

Identify and coordinate with suitable domestic and international vendors for cabin and galley needs, including catering, fresh food, flowers, laundry, and supplies.

Assist the Lead Flight Attendant with additional duties as required.
Minimum Requirements

High School Diploma or GED with at least 6 years of on-the-job training.

Current First Aid Certification.

Current CPR and AED certification (obtained within the past 12 months).

Emergency training meeting FAA requirements.

Flight Safety or FACTS training (obtained within the past 12 months).

Strong understanding of international rules and regulations.

Comprehensive knowledge of in-flight safety.

Proven ability to proactively anticipate and prepare for passenger requests.

Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.

Ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain a polite, personable demeanor.

Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to work both independently and within a team.

Must possess or have the ability to obtain a USA Passport.

Must be able to fly for extended periods of time without restrictions.
Preferred Qualifications
-
Associate Degree with 4+ years of on-the-job training OR Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years of on-the-job training.

DAK training certification.

Previous experience as a corporate flight attendant on large cabin aircraft.

Background in personal concierge, hospitality, culinary, or restaurant services.
