Flight Attendant
Eastern Air Express is seeking dedicated and service-oriented professionals to join its team as Flight Attendants. This role demands individuals who embody the company's values of respect, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to customer service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Participate in preflight briefings and prepare aircraft for service.

Conduct safety checks and prepare necessary reports.

Ensure adequate stocking and appropriate delivery of onboard supplies, including beverages and food items.

Manage payment transactions and inventory for restocking purposes.

Greet passengers, check boarding passes, and provide information and assistance.

Assist passengers with luggage stowage and individuals requiring special assistance.

Conduct safety demonstrations and instruct passengers on emergency equipment and exit row requirements.

Utilize audio equipment for onboard announcements and instructions.

Monitor passenger compliance with federal regulations and ensure passenger comfort during flight.

Prepare the cabin and aircraft for landing according to company procedures and federal regulations.

Respond to in-flight emergencies, providing direction, assistance, and administering emergency first aid.

Complete and submit all required documentation, including injury/incident reports.

Interact with customers and vendors with courtesy and respect.

Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

Authorization to work in the United States.

Valid US Passport with at least 6 months of validity remaining.

Availability for at least 18 days per month.

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Minimum age of 21 years.

Ability to pass drug and alcohol checks, pre-employment DOT drug test, and Criminal History Records Check (CHRC).

Must possess and maintain a personal cell phone.

Fluency in speaking, reading, writing, and understanding English.

Ability to serve alcoholic beverages.

Customer service experience is required; hospitality or retail experience is preferred.

Ability to travel to Canada.

Must maintain valid travel documents without any impediments to international entry.

Physical ability to lift, push, or pull objects up to 50 pounds and perform prolonged standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, reaching, stretching, and bending for up to 14 hours or more.

Ability to work variable duty days, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with possible extended periods away from home.

Availability to attend and successfully complete Initial Flight Attendant training and Operational Experience.

Must maintain a polished, professional, and conservative appearance.

No visible tattoos or body piercings are permitted while on duty.

Demonstrated ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a dynamic environment.
