Flight Attendant

Duties and Responsibilities

Participate in preflight briefings, produce necessary reports, perform safety checks, and prepare the aircraft for flight.

Ensure all food, beverages, and supplies are stocked and delivered appropriately; manage payment collection and inventory restocking.

Manage the cabin experience, including greeting passengers, checking boarding passes, assisting with bag stowage, and answering inquiries.

Perform safety demonstrations, provide instruction on emergency equipment and exit row requirements, and utilize audio equipment.

Verify passenger compliance with federal regulations prior to take-off and landing; conduct periodic cabin checks for passenger comfort.

Prepare customers and the aircraft for landing in accordance with company procedures and federal regulations.

Respond to in-flight emergencies by providing direction and assistance, including administering emergency first aid and completing incident reports.

Submit all required documentation, forms, and paperwork accurately.

Maintain professional conduct with all customers and vendors.

Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualification Requirements

Must have authorization to work in the United States.

Possess a valid US Passport that will not expire within six months.

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.

Ability to pass a pre-employment DOT drug test, alcohol checks, and a Criminal History Records Check (CHRC).

Must possess and maintain a personal cell phone.

Fluency in English (speaking, reading, writing, and understanding).

Capability to serve alcoholic beverages.

Customer service experience required; hospitality or retail background preferred.

Ability to travel to Canada and maintain valid documentation with no impediments to international entry.

Physical ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds; ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, reach, lift, stretch, and bend for periods of 14 hours or more.

Availability to work variable duty blocks, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended periods away from home base.

Ability to attend and successfully complete Initial Flight Attendant training and Operational Experience.

Maintain a polished, professional, and conservative appearance; no visible tattoos or body piercings are permitted while on duty.

Demonstrated ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Must be available for at least 18 days per month.
