Flight Attendant

Duties and Responsibilities

Participate in preflight briefings, produce necessary reports, perform safety checks, and prepare the aircraft for flight.

Manage cabin supplies, including stocking food and beverages, collecting payments, and inventory management.

Perform customer service duties, including greeting passengers, checking boarding passes, answering questions, and assisting with baggage.

Conduct safety demonstrations, provide instructions on emergency equipment, and manage exit row requirements.

Monitor cabin compliance with federal regulations during taxi, takeoff, and landing, while ensuring passenger comfort throughout the flight.

Prepare the aircraft and passengers for landing in accordance with company and federal procedures.

Respond to in-flight emergencies by providing direction, administering first aid, and documenting incidents.

Complete and submit all required operational documentation.

Maintain courteous and professional interactions with all customers and vendors.

Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualification Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age.

High school diploma, GED, or higher educational qualification.

Authorization to work in the United States.

Valid US Passport (not to expire within 6 months) and ability to maintain travel documents for international entry, including Canada.

Proficiency in speaking, reading, writing, and understanding English.

Previous customer service experience is required; hospitality or retail experience is preferred.

Ability to pass pre-employment DOT drug testing, alcohol checks, and a Criminal History Records Check (CHRC).

Availability to work at least 18 days per month, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Ability to travel away from home base for extended periods and work variable duty blocks.

Must possess and maintain a personal cell phone.

Must be able to serve alcoholic beverages.

Ability to successfully complete Initial Flight Attendant training and Operational Experience.

Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds; must be able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, reach, lift, stretch, and bend for 14 hours or more.

Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.

Must maintain a polished, professional, and conservative appearance; no visible tattoos or body piercings are permitted while on duty.
