Responsibilities

• Ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers during flights.
• Providing excellent customer service.
• Adhering to all aviation regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Transport Canada Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC).
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Transport Canada security clearance.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.
• Must be able to pass a security background check.
• Must be available for shift work, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is an asset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in emergency situations.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is an asset.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
