PAL Airlines is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join its team as Flight Attendants. This permanent, full-time position is based in Halifax, Nova Scotia; Montreal, Quebec; or St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador. As a Flight Attendant with PAL Airlines, a prominent operator in Atlantic Canada, you will play a crucial role in ensuring passenger safety and delivering exceptional customer service across a wide network of destinations.

Responsibilities

Enforce Transport Canada policies and procedures.

Demonstrate and implement emergency protocols.

Communicate essential flight information to passengers and crew.

Deliver outstanding customer service throughout all phases of travel.

Provide first aid and medical assistance as required.

Adapt to flexible scheduling, including varied shift times and extended travel.
Requirements

Minimum age of 18 years.

Fluency in both French and English.

Ability to work all shifts and travel away from home for extended periods.

Successful completion of a five-week full-time training program.

Zero (0) years of minimum experience required.
Compensation and Benefits

Per diems for days worked.

Annual shoe and uniform allowance.

10 guaranteed days off per month.

Two weeks of vacation plus paid statutory holidays and three PAL days.

Monthly schedule with the ability to bid for days off.
