With over 28,000 active Flight Attendants, United Airlines stands as one of the largest airlines globally, boasting the most expansive network and experiencing unprecedented growth. The Flight Attendant role offers the unique opportunity to traverse the globe while working and is a highly sought-after position. Special schooling or a college degree is not required; United provides comprehensive training for all successful candidates.

Key Responsibilities and Proficiencies:

Training and Base Assignment:

Newly hired Flight Attendants commence their career with 6.5 weeks of rigorous training in Houston, TX, focused on United's safety protocols and customer service standards. Upon successful completion of training, the individual will be welcomed as a full-time employee and assigned to one of United's seven hubs – Chicago, Denver, Houston, Los Angeles, Newark, San Francisco, Washington Dulles – or another Flight Attendant base location. Relocation funds are not provided. During training, United provides a $140/week per diem, along with accommodations, breakfast, and lunch. Successful training graduates receive a $1,000 bonus.
