Exceptional Compensation and Benefits:
- Commencing hourly pay of $28.88, escalating to a top base scale of $67.11. Further compensation is available based on seniority, language proficiency, leadership roles, and international flight assignments.
- Comprehensive benefits package including 401(k), health, dental, and vision insurance, along with an Employee Assistance Plan for employees and their families. Paid time off for sick leave and vacation is also included.
- Generous travel privileges enabling worldwide travel on United flights for the employee and their loved ones.
Comprehensive Training Program:
The successful candidate will participate in a 6.5-week training program in Houston, TX, covering United's safety and customer service standards. A $140 per week per diem, accommodation, breakfast, and lunch will be provided throughout the training period. Upon successful completion, employment will commence as a full-time Flight Attendant, assigned to one of United's seven hubs (Chicago, Denver, Houston, Los Angeles, Newark, San Francisco, Washington Dulles) or another flight attendant base location (relocation assistance is not provided). A $1,000 bonus is awarded upon successful completion of training.
