We are seeking individuals who possess a passion for service, a commitment to safety, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age or older at the time of application.
- High school diploma or GED required; two or more years of college preferred.
- Minimum of one year of customer service experience in a service-oriented industry.
- Fluency in English and Hebrew (speaking, reading, and writing) is mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in high-stress situations.
- Professional appearance and adherence to uniform, hair, tattoo, and piercing guidelines.
- Ability to operate electronic devices effectively.
- Valid passport with at least 18 months of remaining validity at the time of application.
- Ability to travel to and from all countries served by United without restrictions.
- Physical ability to meet the demands of the role, including lifting heavy objects (up to 250 lbs.), reaching overhead, and prolonged standing and walking.
- Must pass a pre-employment DOT drug screen, comprehensive background check, fingerprinting, and vision/hearing tests.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and extended hours.
