Responsibilities:

  • Execute all regulatory and assigned cabin duties, prioritizing passenger safety and comfort while delivering a superior onboard experience.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all emergency procedures and the operation of all emergency equipment, including the use of exits, and handling equipment with necessary force up to 50 pounds.
  • Serve food and beverages to passengers, which may involve maneuvering carts weighing up to 250 pounds.
  • Assist passengers with carry-on baggage and ensure a neat and orderly cabin environment.
  • Collaborate with fellow crewmembers to maintain on-time operations, meeting all report, departure, and turn times.
  • Conduct in-flight sales (when applicable), services, and promotional duties as assigned.
  • Assist other Customer Service staff as needed with passenger handling or additional duties.
  • Maintain reliable, prompt, and regular attendance according to company procedures.
  • Project a professional image, both in conduct and appearance, adhering to the company uniform guidelines.
  • Successfully complete an FAA-approved training program at a company-designated location.
  • Maintain Flight Attendant qualifications by successfully completing all required company training.
  • Uphold the company’s core values and contribute to its positive work culture.

This position offers a starting hourly rate of $36.31, with a guaranteed minimum of 70 hours per month, equating to approximately $30,500 annually. Additional opportunities for increased pay are available through increased work hours each month.
