Flight Attendant - Aleutian Airways
Aleutian Airways, a Part 121 airline backed by experienced aviation professionals, seeks a dedicated and enthusiastic Flight Attendant to join its growing team. Responsibilities:
- Execute all regulatory and assigned cabin duties, ensuring passenger safety and comfort throughout the flight.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of emergency procedures and proficiently operate all emergency equipment, including emergency exits, requiring movements and force up to 50 pounds.
- Provide passengers with food and beverage service, potentially involving pushing and pulling carts weighing up to 250 pounds.
- Assist passengers with carry-on baggage management and maintain a tidy and organized cabin environment.
- Collaborate with fellow crewmembers to ensure on-time departures and efficient turn times, contributing to a reliable flight operation.
- Perform inflight sales, service duties, and promotional activities as assigned.
- Provide support to customer service staff with passenger handling and other related tasks as needed.
- Maintain consistent and punctual attendance in accordance with company policies.
- Uphold a professional image in appearance and conduct, adhering to the company's uniform dress code.
- Successfully complete an FAA-approved training program at a company-designated location.
- Maintain Flight Attendant qualifications by completing all company-required training programs.
- Promote and embody the company's core values and culture within the work environment.
Compensation and Benefits:
The starting salary is $36.31 per hour, with a guaranteed minimum of 70 hours per month, equating to approximately $30,500 annually. Opportunities for additional pay are available through increased monthly flight hours.
