Part 121 Airline Flight Attendant
Sterling Airways, operating as Aleutian Airways, seeks a dedicated and experienced Flight Attendant to join its team. Responsibilities:
- Execute all regulatory and assigned cabin duties, prioritizing passenger safety and comfort while delivering a superior onboard experience.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all emergency procedures and the operation of all emergency equipment, including the use of exits, and handling equipment with necessary force up to 50 pounds.
- Serve food and beverages to passengers, which may involve maneuvering carts weighing up to 250 pounds.
- Assist passengers with carry-on baggage and ensure a neat and orderly cabin environment.
- Collaborate with fellow crewmembers to maintain on-time operations, meeting all report, departure, and turn times.
- Conduct in-flight sales (when applicable), services, and promotional duties as assigned.
- Assist other Customer Service staff as needed with passenger handling or additional duties.
- Maintain reliable, prompt, and regular attendance according to company procedures.
- Project a professional image, both in conduct and appearance, adhering to the company uniform guidelines.
- Successfully complete an FAA-approved training program at a company-designated location.
- Maintain Flight Attendant qualifications by successfully completing all required company training.
- Uphold the company’s core values and contribute to its positive work culture.
This position offers a starting hourly rate of $36.31, with a guaranteed minimum of 70 hours per month, equating to approximately $30,500 annually. Additional opportunities for increased pay are available through increased work hours each month.
