Role Overview

The primary responsibility of a SkyWest Flight Attendant is to ensure the safety and comfort of passengers throughout their journey. Compensation

Upon successful completion of Phases One and Two of Initial New Hire Training, new hire Flight Attendants are guaranteed 76 flight hours as a reserve. Compensation is provided for a minimum of 76 flight hours, regardless of the actual flight hours flown within that period.
