Primary Job Duties:

The Flight Attendant's primary responsibility is ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers onboard the aircraft. This role also encompasses providing exceptional customer service, attending to passenger needs, and serving meals and beverages. Flight Hours and Pay:

Upon successful completion of initial new-hire training (phases one and two), new flight attendants are guaranteed 76 flight hours as a reserve, irrespective of actual flight hours worked.
