About the Role:
This is a full-time position that presents a unique opportunity to work within a fast-paced, dynamic environment. As a Cabin Attendant, you will provide exceptional service to discerning clients who own and charter our private aircraft. Your primary focus will be ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers while contributing to SkyShare's mission of delivering the ultimate private flying experience.
Responsibilities:
- Safety First: Receive instructions from the Pilot in Command (PIC) for daily operations, report all cabin discrepancies and maintenance issues, and coordinate with pilots, maintenance, and cleaning crews to maintain impeccable aircraft standards.
- Preflight Preparation: Conduct preflight checks of all cabin equipment, ensuring the aircraft is ready for each flight.
- Passenger Service: (On Part 91 flights only) Ensure passenger compliance with federal regulations, provide safety briefings, and assist with cabin management systems (entertainment, data, communication).
- Emergency Preparedness: Be fully proficient in operating emergency equipment (fire extinguishers, life rafts, oxygen equipment, AED) and be prepared to assist passengers in emergency situations, including medical events and evacuations.
- Cabin Management: Provide attentive and personalized service to passengers, assist with carry-on luggage, seating arrangements (including passengers with disabilities and children), and maintain the neatness and orderliness of the cabin at all times.
- Catering and Hospitality: Plan and execute menu and weather card preparation, coordinate and shop for interior items per Owner requests, and ensure all food and beverage services are of the highest quality.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain detailed aircraft specific manuals, manage expense accounts, prepare client profile updates, post-trip reports, catering reports, and other required paperwork.
- Training and Development: Maintain currency in all aspects of required training, including annual recurrent safety, medical, and company indoctrination training.
- Team Leadership: May supervise or train contract or part-time cabin crew members.
- Brand Ambassador: Represent SkyShare as a company internally and externally, upholding company values and best practices.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (College degree preferred)
- 4 years of experience in a similar role
- 2 years of culinary and/or high-end food service experience
- At least 21 years of age
- Flight Safety International or equivalent Corporate Cabin Attendant recurrent training
- MedAire Management of Inflight Illness and Injury certification or CPR, AED equivalent
- Valid US Passport
- Valid US State Driver's License
- Prior Part 135 experience required

Physical Demands:
- Ability to stand, walk, and move frequently.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds regularly and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to pass a Transportation Security Administration (TSA) required background check and obtain a SIDA badge.

Location:
Must live within 1 hour of Salt Lake International Airport, or be willing to relocate within 3 months of hire.
