About the Role
The Ryanair Group is actively recruiting for Cabin Crew to join their dynamic team. Successful candidates will undergo a comprehensive 6-week training course covering essential safety and customer service skills, culminating in Supernumerary flights and the attainment of Cabin Crew Wings. This role involves operating a demanding shift roster, including early mornings and late evenings, with a strong emphasis on safety as the number one priority. The position offers rapid career progression opportunities within the company's extensive network.
Requirements
- Must possess the unrestricted right to live and work in the UK and/or travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
- Must be between 157 cm (5'2") and 188 cm (6'2") in height.
- Must be able to swim 25 meters unaided and provide support to another person in water.
- Must be hardworking, flexible, outgoing, and possess a friendly personality.
- Must be adaptable and comfortable working a shift roster.
- Must enjoy interacting with the public and demonstrate the ability to provide excellent customer service with a "can-do" attitude.
- Must be comfortable speaking and writing in English and pass an English Language Assessment.
- Must have a passion for travelling and meeting new people.
