TUI | Flight Attendant

TUI is seeking dedicated Cabin Crew members to join their team, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring passenger safety. This role involves working within a dynamic flight programme and requires a commitment to upholding safety, first aid, and service procedures.

• Deliver exceptional customer service with a focus on customer satisfaction and a 'sales through service' mindset.
• Prioritise passenger safety by diligently implementing all safety, first aid, and service procedures.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills and emotional intelligence to build rapport with customers and colleagues.

• Adapt to changes and unexpected situations, including roster adjustments and onboard emergencies, while mastering new technologies.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years on the first day of the new entrant course.
• Ability to reach a height of 6ft. 2” (1.89 m) with bare feet flat on the floor.
• Capability to perform all regulatory duties, including sitting and fastening an aircraft over-shoulder jump seat harness.
• Ability to swim at least 25 meters.
• Willingness to undertake Psychoactive Testing and a UK CAA Cabin Crew Medical.
• Proficiency in English, with the ability to understand, speak, and write at a CEFR B2 or ILR L3 level.
• Availability to work shifts across a 24/7 flight programme and report to the home base in uniform within 90 minutes.
• Possession of a valid UK or Irish passport with at least 6 months' validity and any necessary travel visas.
• Successful candidates will be subject to background security checks and required to provide proof of vaccinations in accordance with company and regulatory guidelines.
