Cabin Crew Recruitment - Warsaw Base

Position Overview

Successful candidates will be based in Warsaw, with the understanding that relocation to other bases within the Ryanair Group network may be required based on operational availability. The role is demanding, prioritizing safety at all times, and requires flexibility to work early and late shifts, ranging from 5:00 AM starts to midnight finishes.

Training and Development

Selected applicants will undergo a comprehensive six-week training course. This program covers all fundamental skills necessary to deliver top-class safety and customer service. The curriculum includes regular examinations, culminating in supernumerary flights and the awarding of Cabin Crew Wings. The Ryanair Group fosters internal growth, offering clear career progression paths toward roles such as Number 1, Base Supervisor, Regional Manager, or senior management positions.

Candidate Requirements

  • Unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and travel freely throughout the Ryanair network.
  • Height requirement: Between 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm).
  • Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
  • Hardworking, flexible, and outgoing personality.
  • Adaptability to a shift-based roster.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a "can-do" attitude.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
  • Genuine passion for travel and interpersonal engagement.
