Cabin Crew Recruitment: Warsaw Modlin Base

Wizz Air is seeking positive, energetic, and motivated candidates to join our award-winning cabin crew team. We invite applicants to attend our upcoming recruitment event in Modlin.

Note: Applications must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the event.

Role Responsibilities

As a Wizz Air flight attendant, the successful candidate will:

  • Prioritize aviation safety and provide exceptional customer care.
  • Perform onboard and ground duties in compliance with company policies.
  • Manage in-flight sales and cash handling procedures.
  • Ensure a welcoming environment for all passengers.
  • Uphold company values, including dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
  • Contribute to a professional team of over 9,000 aviation enthusiasts.

Candidate Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must hold a valid passport (minimum 6 months validity).
  • Must possess the right to live and work in Poland without employer sponsorship (EU Passport, EU Residence Card, or Ukrainian citizens with PESEL). Other work or student permits are not accepted.
  • Must hold a high school exam certificate (for Polish citizens: passed matura exam).
  • Must demonstrate an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
  • Must be able to swim.
  • Must be fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Must live or be willing to relocate within 60 minutes of the Warsaw Modlin base.
  • Must not have tattoos or piercings in visible areas while wearing the uniform.
  • Must have a prescription for glasses or contact lenses between -4 and +4.

Recruitment Day Instructions

  • Candidates must bring an updated English CV with an ID photo.
  • Applicants are required to apply for their preferred base specifically to avoid application rejection.
  • All applicants will undergo a mandatory pre-screening process.
  • Travel to the recruitment event is the sole responsibility of the candidate and must be organized at their own expense.
