Candidate Requirements

Minimum age of 18 years.

Must possess the legal right to work in Poland without employer sponsorship (EU Passport, EU Residence Card, or Ukrainian national with a valid PESEL). Other residence permits are not accepted.

Valid passport (minimum 6 months validity remaining).

High school diploma or equivalent (Polish Matura exam for Polish citizens).

Fluent in written and spoken English.

Ability to swim.

Minimum arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.

Must live or be willing to relocate within 60 minutes of the chosen base.

No visible tattoos or piercings while in uniform.

Candidates wearing glasses or contact lenses must have a prescription between +4 and -4 to meet medical examination standards.
