Candidate Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Must possess a valid passport (minimum 6 months validity).
• Right to work in Poland without employer sponsorship (EU Passport, EU Residence Card, or Ukrainian citizens with PESEL; no other residence permits accepted).
• High school diploma or equivalent (Polish citizens must have passed the Matura exam).
• Ability to swim.
• Arm reach of at least 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
• Must reside or be willing to relocate within 60 minutes of the chosen base.
• No visible tattoos or piercings while in uniform.
• Medical eligibility: Candidates with vision prescriptions above +4 or below -4 are unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination.
• Enthusiastic personality with a strong aptitude for interpersonal communication.
