Candidate Requirements

Minimum age of 18 years.

Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Must possess a valid passport (minimum 6 months validity).

Right to work in Poland without employer sponsorship (EU Passport, EU Residence Card, or Ukrainian citizens with PESEL; no other residence permits accepted).

High school diploma or equivalent (Polish citizens must have passed the Matura exam).

Ability to swim.

Arm reach of at least 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.

Must reside or be willing to relocate within 60 minutes of the chosen base.

No visible tattoos or piercings while in uniform.

Medical eligibility: Candidates with vision prescriptions above +4 or below -4 are unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination.
