Role Overview

The company is seeking energetic and motivated candidates to join its award-winning team as Cabin Crew. Successful candidates will manage both safety and customer care responsibilities while acting in accordance with company values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

Performing on-board and ground duties in compliance with company policies.
Managing in-flight sales and cash handling.
Ensuring high standards of passenger service and assistance.
Contributing to a dynamic team of aviation professionals.

Candidate Requirements

Aged 18 or older.
Valid passport (minimum 6 months validity).
Right to work in Poland without employer sponsorship (EU Passport, EU Residence Card, or Ukrainian citizens with PESEL; other residence permits are not accepted).
High school exam certificate (e.g., passed Matura exam for Polish citizens).
Arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
Ability to swim.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Must live or be willing to relocate within 60 minutes of the Warsaw Modlin base.
No tattoos or piercings visible while wearing the company uniform.
Medical fitness suitable for aviation, specifically regarding vision (prescription must be between -4 and +4).

Recruitment Process Instructions

Attendees must bring an updated CV in English with an attached ID photo.
The recruitment event may last until the late afternoon.
All travel to the recruitment event is the candidate's sole responsibility and expense.
