Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Maintain rigorous focus on safety standards and premium customer care.
Perform all on-board and ground duties in strict compliance with company policies.
Manage in-flight sales, inventory, and cash handling procedures.
Provide professional and welcoming assistance to passengers throughout their journey.
Collaborate within a diverse team of over 5,000 aviation professionals.

Candidate Requirements

Work Authorization: Must possess the legal right to work in Poland without employer sponsorship (EU Residence Card, EU Passport, or Ukrainian passport with PESEL). Other residence permits are not accepted.
Age: Minimum 18 years of age.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to reach 210 cm while standing on tiptoes and pass a mandatory medical examination (prescription limits: +4 to -4).
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Languages: Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Documentation: Valid passport (minimum 6 months validity).
Logistics: Must reside or be prepared to relocate within a 60-minute radius of the chosen base.
Presentation: No visible tattoos or piercings while wearing the company uniform.
Skills: Ability to swim and a genuine passion for working with people.
