Cabin Crew Recruitment – Ryanair Group

The Ryanair Group, Europe’s largest airline group, is currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join its team as Cabin Crew across its network of over 90 operational bases. This role offers a fast-track career path within a major aviation organization, focusing on delivering exceptional safety and customer service standards.

Role Overview

Successful candidates will join a professional cabin crew family of over 16,000 members. The position requires dedication to both safety and service. Personnel must be prepared to operate early and late shifts, with report times potentially as early as 5:00 AM and return times as late as midnight. Please note that relocation to different bases within the Ryanair Group may be required based on operational availability.

Training and Career Progression

New recruits will undergo a comprehensive six-week, internationally recognized training course. This program covers all fundamental skills required for the role, including regular examinations, culminating in supernumerary flights and the awarding of Cabin Crew Wings. The Ryanair Group promotes internal advancement, with potential career trajectories ranging from Number 1 and Base Supervisor to Regional Manager and executive leadership positions.

Candidate Requirements

  • Possess the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and travel freely throughout the Ryanair network.
  • Height requirement: Approximately 5'2" (157 cm) to 6'2" (188 cm).
  • Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
  • Proficiency in speaking and writing in English.
  • Hardworking, flexible, and outgoing personality.
  • Adaptable to shift-based work schedules.
  • Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service with a positive, proactive attitude.
  • Genuine passion for travel and meeting new people.
