Job Description

The Ryanair Group is seeking customer-oriented, enthusiastic individuals to join its cabin crew family of over 16,000 crew members. This entry-level position requires no prior experience, making it an excellent opportunity for motivated candidates with strong team spirit to fast-track their careers within Europe's largest airline group.

Selected candidates will undergo a comprehensive six-week training course to acquire the fundamental skills required to deliver top-class safety and customer service. The training program involves regular examinations and culminates in Supernumerary flights followed by the awarding of Cabin Crew Wings.

As safety is the airline's primary priority, cabin crew members operate on a shift roster that includes early and late duties. Early shifts can begin as early as 5:00 AM, and late shifts can return as late as midnight.

Requirements

  • Applicants must hold an unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and travel freely throughout the Ryanair network.
  • Candidates must be approximately between 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm) in height.
  • Ability to swim 25 meters unaided is mandatory.
  • Candidates should be hardworking, flexible, and possess an outgoing and friendly personality.
  • Adaptability and willingness to work a demanding shift roster are required.
  • A positive "can-do" attitude and a passion for dealing with the public, delivering excellent customer service, and meeting new people.
  • Proficiency in speaking and writing in English with ease.
