Overview

Candidate Requirements

  • Must be aged 18 or older.
  • Possess a valid passport with at least 6 months of remaining validity.
  • Right to work in Poland without employer sponsorship (EU Passport, EU Residence Card, or Ukrainian citizenship with PESEL). Note: Other residency permits such as student or temporary work visas are not accepted.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Polish candidates must have passed the Matura exam).
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Minimum arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
  • Ability to swim.
  • Must live or be willing to relocate within 60 minutes of the Warsaw base.
  • No visible tattoos or piercings while wearing the company uniform.
  • Candidates wearing prescription glasses or contact lenses must have a prescription between -4 and +4; outside this range, candidates may not pass the mandatory medical examination.

  • Prioritize passenger safety and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Perform all onboard and ground duties in strict compliance with company policies.
  • Manage in-flight sales and cash handling procedures.
  • Maintain a welcoming and professional demeanor.

Recruitment Event Guidelines
