Recruitment Day Information
Compliance with all requirements will be verified during the recruitment event. Candidates should arrive on time, as the process may extend into the late afternoon. Please bring an updated English CV with an ID photo. Candidates may attend any recruitment event regardless of the base for which they are applying.
Role Responsibilities

Maintain a focus on safety and customer care.

Perform onboard and ground duties in compliance with company policies.

Manage in-flight sales and cash handling.

Provide welcoming and professional passenger assistance.

Act in accordance with company values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.

Collaborate with a diverse team of over 5,000 aviation professionals.
Candidate Requirements

Valid passport (minimum 6 months remaining).

Right to work in Poland without employer sponsorship (EU Passport, EU Residence Card, or Ukrainian citizenship with a valid PESEL). Other residence permits, such as work or student visas, are not accepted.

Minimum age: 18 years.

Arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Fluent in written and spoken English.

Ability to swim.

Residency within 60 minutes of the chosen base, or willingness to relocate.

No visible tattoos or piercings while in uniform.

Prescription for glasses or contact lenses must be within the range of +4 to -4; prescriptions outside this range may not pass the mandatory medical examination.
