Cabin Crew Recruitment - Warsaw Base

The Ryanair Group is currently seeking enthusiastic, customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Cabin Crew at our Warsaw base. Position Overview

Successful candidates will join our professional team to deliver top-class safety and customer service on board our aircraft. The position is demanding, requiring operational flexibility; candidates must be available to work rotating early and late shifts, including departures as early as 05:00 and arrivals as late as midnight.

Selected applicants will undergo a mandatory 6-week training course covering all fundamental safety and service protocols. The program includes regular examinations and culminates in Supernumerary flights leading to the awarding of Cabin Crew Wings.

Candidate Requirements

• Must hold the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
• Height must be approximately between 157 cm (5'2") and 188 cm (6'2").
• Must be able to swim 25 meters unaided.
• Proficiency in speaking and writing English.
• Hardworking, flexible, and outgoing personality.
• Adaptable to a shift-based work schedule.
• Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service with a "can-do" attitude.
• Genuine passion for travel and meeting new people.
