The Ryanair Group is seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Cabin Crew. As Europe’s largest airline group, operating over 3,600 daily flights, we invite motivated candidates to apply for positions across our 90+ operational bases for the upcoming Autumn/Winter season.

Role Overview

Successful candidates will undergo a comprehensive 6-week, free, internationally recognized training course. This program covers essential safety protocols and service standards, concluding with supernumerary flights. This role is dynamic and demanding, requiring operators to be flexible with early morning starts (from 5:00 AM) and late-night shifts (up to midnight).

Candidate Requirements

  • Must hold the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and travel freely throughout the Ryanair network.
  • Height must be between 5’2” (157 cm) and 6’2” (188 cm).
  • Must be able to swim 25 meters unaided.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • A hard-working, flexible, and outgoing personality.
  • Ability to work effectively within a shift roster.
  • Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service with a "can-do" attitude.
  • A passion for travel and engaging with diverse groups of people.
