Role Overview

Selected candidates will embark on a professional journey beginning with a comprehensive, free 6-week training course. This program focuses on safety protocols and elite customer service standards, culminating in supernumerary flights and the awarding of Cabin Crew Wings. The role is demanding, requiring the ability to work flexible shifts, including early morning starts and late evening finishes. Successful candidates will enjoy long-term career progression opportunities, ranging from base supervision to regional management roles.

Candidate Requirements

  • Must possess the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and travel freely throughout the Ryanair network.
  • Height requirement: Approximately between 5’2” (157 cm) and 6’2” (188 cm).
  • Physical ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • A hardworking, flexible, and outgoing personality.
