Candidate Responsibilities

As a Wizz Air flight attendant, the selected candidate will:

  • Prioritize both passenger safety and customer care.
  • Execute on-board and ground duties in strict compliance with company policies.
  • Manage in-flight sales and cash handling operations.
  • Provide a welcoming, professional environment for passengers.
  • Embody company values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
  • Contribute to a growing team of over 9,000 aviation professionals.

Requirements

  • Minimum age: 18 years or older.
  • Must possess a valid passport (minimum 6-month validity).
  • Right to work in Poland without employer sponsorship (EU Passport, EU Residence Card, or Ukrainian national with PESEL). Note: Other residence permits (e.g., student or standard work permits) are not accepted.
  • Minimum arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
  • High school exam certificate (Polish citizens must have passed the Matura exam).
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Ability to swim.
  • Must live or be prepared to relocate within 60 minutes of the chosen base.
  • No visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the airline uniform.
  • Medical fitness requirements: Candidates requiring vision correction must be within the range of +4 to -4 diopters.

Recruitment Day Instructions

  • Candidates must apply for their preferred base in advance; failure to do so may result in rejection.
  • All applicants will undergo a pre-screening process with results communicated via email.
  • Please arrive on time; the process may last until the late afternoon.
  • Bring an updated English CV with an attached ID photo.
