Candidate Requirements

Minimum age of 18 years.

Possession of a valid passport (minimum 6 months validity).

Right to work in Poland without employer sponsorship (EU Passport, EU Residence Card, or Ukrainian citizenship with PESEL). Other permit types are not accepted.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Fluent in written and spoken English.

Ability to swim.

Minimum arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.

Residency within a 60-minute commute of the Gdansk base, or willingness to relocate.

No visible tattoos or piercings while in uniform.

Medical suitability: Candidates requiring glasses or contact lenses must have a prescription between -4 and +4 to pass the mandatory medical examination.
