Role Responsibilities

Prioritize passenger safety and provide exceptional customer care.

Perform all onboard and ground duties in strict compliance with company policies.

Manage in-flight sales and cash handling transactions.

Assist passengers throughout the flight to ensure a positive experience.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum age: 18 years.

Valid passport (minimum 6 months validity).

Right to work in Poland without employer sponsorship (EU Passport, EU Residence Card, or Ukrainian national with PESEL). Note: Other residence permits are not accepted.

Minimum arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.

High school diploma or equivalent (for Polish citizens: passed Matura exam).

Fluent in written and spoken English.

Proficient swimming ability.

Must reside or be prepared to relocate within 60 minutes of the chosen base.

No visible tattoos or piercings when in uniform.

Medical suitability: Candidates wearing glasses or contact lenses with a prescription above +4 or below -4 are unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination.
