About the Role
The Cabin Crew member will deliver a top-class safety and customer service experience to guests onboard Ryanair Group flights. This involves a comprehensive 6-week training course covering essential skills, followed by supernumerary flights and earning Cabin Crew Wings. The position requires operating early and late shifts, with early starts as early as 5 am and late returns until midnight. Opportunities for career progression within the Ryanair Group are extensive.
Requirements
- Possession of the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and/or travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
- Height approximately between 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm).
- Ability to swim 25 meters unaided and assist another person.
- Hardworking, flexible, and possessing an outgoing and friendly personality.
- Adaptable and comfortable working a shift roster.
- Enjoyment of dealing with the public and providing excellent customer service with a "can-do" attitude.
- Comfortable speaking and writing in English and able to pass an English Language Assessment.
- A passion for travelling and meeting new people.
Qualifications
- No prior experience is required; enthusiasm and team spirit are key.
- Completion of a 6-week Cabin Crew training course (provided).
