About the Role

Buzz, a member of Europe's Largest Airline Group, is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their Cabin Crew team based in Poland. While the role is primarily based in Poland, relocation to other Ryanair Group bases may be a possibility. Requirements

• Must hold the unrestricted right to live and work in Poland and travel freely to all destinations in the Ryanair network.
• Must hold the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU.
• Between 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm) in height.
• Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
• Comfortable speaking and writing in English with ease.
• Must be enthusiastic and enjoy dealing with the public, providing excellent customer service with a 'can do' attitude.
• Must be hardworking, flexible, and possess an outgoing and friendly personality.
• Flexible and adaptable to work a shift roster, not afraid of early starts and late nights.
• Must be able to complete an English proficiency assessment and a situational judgement test as part of the recruitment process.

Qualifications

No previous cabin crew experience is required. The company provides a comprehensive training program designed to equip candidates with all the essential skills needed for the role.
