Candidate Requirements

Minimum age of 18.

Valid passport (minimum 6 months validity remaining).

Right to work in Poland without employer sponsorship (EU Passport, EU Residence Card, or Ukrainian citizen with PESEL; no other residence permits accepted).

High school degree.

Fluent in written and spoken English.

Ability to swim.

Minimum arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.

Must live or be prepared to relocate within 60 minutes of the Gdansk base.

No visible tattoos or piercings while in uniform.

Enthusiastic personality with a commitment to excellent interpersonal service.

Note: Candidates wearing glasses or contact lenses with a prescription above +4 or below -4 may not meet mandatory medical examination standards.
