Cabin Crew – Gdansk Base

We are currently seeking motivated, energetic, and positive individuals to join our team as Cabin Crew at our Gdansk base. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic aviation environment while delivering exceptional service and maintaining the highest safety standards.

Candidates are expected to arrive on time and should be prepared for a selection process that may continue until the late afternoon. Please bring an updated English CV featuring an ID photo.

  • Maintain a primary focus on safety and customer care.
  • Execute on-board and ground duties in strict compliance with company policies.
  • Manage in-flight sales and perform accurate cash handling.
  • Provide welcoming, professional assistance to passengers throughout their journey.
  • Demonstrate company values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18.
  • Valid passport (minimum 6 months validity remaining).
  • Right to work in Poland without employer sponsorship (EU Passport, EU Residence Card, or Ukrainian citizen with PESEL; no other residence permits accepted).
  • High school degree.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Ability to swim.
  • Minimum arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
  • Must live or be prepared to relocate within 60 minutes of the Gdansk base.
  • No visible tattoos or piercings while in uniform.
  • Enthusiastic personality with a commitment to excellent interpersonal service.
  • Note: Candidates wearing glasses or contact lenses with a prescription above +4 or below -4 may not meet mandatory medical examination standards.
