Job Title: Cabin Crew – Katowice Base

The Ryanair Group is currently seeking enthusiastic, customer-oriented individuals to join our cabin crew team at our Katowice base. We are inviting applicants to join our team for the upcoming Autumn/Winter season.

Role Overview

As a member of our cabin crew, you will be responsible for delivering world-class safety and customer service on board our aircraft. Successful candidates will undergo a comprehensive 6-week training course, which covers essential safety and service skills, concludes with supernumerary flights, and leads to the awarding of Cabin Crew Wings.

Please note that this is a demanding role involving early and late shifts, with duties potentially beginning as early as 5:00 AM or concluding at midnight.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Hold an unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
  • Height must be between 5’2” (157 cm) and 6’2” (188 cm).
  • Must be able to swim 25 meters unaided.
  • Demonstrate an outgoing, friendly, and hardworking personality.
  • Maintain a flexible, "can-do" attitude toward shift work.
  • Provide excellent customer service to our passengers.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
  • A genuine passion for travel and engaging with new people.
