Candidate Requirements

Age: 18 years or older.
Education: High school degree or equivalent.
Language: Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Physical: Ability to reach 210 cm while standing on tiptoes; ability to swim.
Documentation: Valid passport (minimum 6 months validity).
Right to Work: Must possess the right to work in Poland without employer sponsorship (EU Passport, EU Residence Card, or Ukrainian citizens with a valid PESEL). Other residence permits (e.g., student or general work permits) are not accepted.
Appearance: No visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the cabin crew uniform.
Medical: Candidates with a prescription above +4 or below -4 diopters for glasses/contact lenses may not pass the mandatory medical examination.
Residency: Must reside or be prepared to relocate within 60 minutes of the assigned base.
Attributes: Enthusiastic, customer-oriented personality.

Recruitment Event Instructions

Candidates must arrive on time and should be prepared for a process that may last until the late afternoon. Please bring an updated CV in English, including an ID photo. Candidates may attend any recruitment event regardless of the specific base for which they are applying.
