The Ryanair Group is seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our professional cabin crew team at one of our 90+ operational bases. As Europe’s largest airline group, we offer a fast-track career path for those dedicated to delivering world-class safety and service.

Position Overview

Successful candidates will undergo a comprehensive six-week, company-funded training course covering all fundamental safety and service requirements. Training includes periodic examinations and concludes with supernumerary flights leading to the awarding of Cabin Crew Wings. This role requires flexibility to work rotating early and late shifts, including operations starting as early as 5:00 AM or concluding at midnight.

Candidate Requirements

  • Must possess the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and travel freely throughout the Ryanair network.
  • Must be between 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm) in height.
  • Must be able to swim 25 meters unaided.
  • Professional proficiency in both spoken and written English.
  • Hardworking, flexible, and outgoing personality.
  • Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service with a "can-do" attitude.
  • Proven ability to adapt to a demanding, rotating shift roster.
  • A genuine passion for travel and engaging with diverse cultures.
