Cabin Crew Opportunities - Ryanair Group
The Ryanair Group is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our cabin crew family. As Europe’s largest airline group, we operate over 3,600 daily flights across more than 90 operational bases. We invite customer-oriented candidates to apply for cabin crew positions for the upcoming Autumn/Winter season. No prior experience is required; we value team spirit and a dedication to safety and service.
Role Overview
Successful candidates will undergo a comprehensive 6-week training course covering essential safety and service protocols. The program includes regular examinations and culminates in supernumerary flights, leading to the attainment of Cabin Crew Wings. This is a demanding role requiring flexibility; crew must be prepared for early morning shifts starting as early as 5:00 AM and late shifts concluding around midnight.

Candidate Requirements

Must hold the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and travel freely throughout the Ryanair network.

Height requirement: Approximately between 5’2” (157 cm) and 6’2” (188 cm).

Must be able to swim 25 meters unaided.

Proficiency in written and spoken English.
