Cabin Crew Recruitment - Katowice Base
The Ryanair Group is currently seeking enthusiastic, customer-oriented individuals to join its team as Cabin Crew. As Europe’s largest airline group, the organization operates a network of over 3,600 daily flights, providing services to more than 600,000 guests. Successful candidates will be based in Katowice and invited to participate in an in-person recruitment day on 08 May 2026, following a successful application review.
Position Overview
This role offers an opportunity for a fast-track career within the aviation industry. Selected candidates will undergo a comprehensive 6-week training course to develop the fundamental skills required to deliver high-level safety and customer service. The training includes periodic examinations and culminates in supernumerary flights leading to the awarding of Cabin Crew Wings.
The position requires flexibility, as the operational schedule includes early and late shifts. Crew members must be prepared to report for duty as early as 5:00 AM and may return from shifts as late as midnight.

Candidate Requirements

Possession of the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU, with the ability to travel freely throughout the Ryanair network.

Height requirement: Approximately between 5’2" (157 cm) and 6’2" (188 cm).

Proficiency in swimming: Must be able to swim 25 meters unaided.

Language skills: Ability to speak and write in English with ease.
