The Role of a Cabin Crew Member

As an integral member of the Ryanair Group Cabin Crew, the primary responsibility is to ensure the paramount safety and comfort of all guests. Operating over 3,600 daily flights and serving more than 600,000 passengers, Cabin Crew are essential to upholding the airline's commitment to top-class safety and customer service. This demanding yet rewarding position requires flexibility, involving operations across both early morning shifts, which may commence as early as 5 AM, and late evening shifts, potentially concluding around midnight. Training and Professional Development

Successful candidates will embark on a comprehensive 6-week Cabin Crew training course, which is internationally recognized. This intensive program equips individuals with all the fundamental skills necessary for their day-to-day role, emphasizing safety protocols, customer service excellence, and operational procedures. The training incorporates regular examinations and culminates with Supernumerary flights, leading to the awarding of Cabin Crew Wings. Essential Requirements

Prospective Cabin Crew Members must fulfill the following criteria:

Applicants must hold the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and possess the ability to travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
Height must be approximately between 157 cm (5’2”) and 188 cm (6’2”).
Ability to swim 25 meters unaided is required.
Candidates should demonstrate a hardworking, flexible, outgoing, and friendly personality.
Adaptability and a willingness to work a demanding shift roster, including early mornings and late evenings, are essential.
A genuine enjoyment for interacting with the public and the ability to provide excellent customer service with a ‘can do’ attitude.
Comfortable speaking and writing in English with ease.
Possession of a strong passion for travelling and meeting new people.
