About the Cabin Crew Role

As a Cabin Crew member, the primary responsibility is to ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers, upholding Ryanair's stringent safety protocols as the foremost priority. The role demands flexibility and adaptability, requiring operation of both early morning shifts (reporting as early as 5:00 a.m.) and late evening shifts (returning as late as midnight). Daily duties involve delivering a top-class customer service experience, responding to passenger needs, and maintaining the highest standards of inflight service. This position is both rewarding and demanding, suitable for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are dedicated to excellence.

Training and Career Development

Successful candidates will embark on a comprehensive 6-week Cabin Crew Training Course, internationally recognised within the aviation industry. This intensive program covers all fundamental skills necessary for the role, including safety procedures, emergency response, and customer service excellence. The training involves regular examinations and culminates in Supernumerary flights and the awarding of Cabin Crew Wings. Candidate Requirements

Prospective Cabin Crew members should meet the following essential criteria:

• Possess the unrestricted right to live and work within the European Union and travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
• Height approximately between 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm).
• Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
• A hardworking, flexible, and outgoing personality is highly beneficial.
• Demonstrated adaptability and willingness to work a demanding shift roster.
• A genuine enjoyment of interacting with the public, coupled with the ability to provide excellent customer service and a 'can-do' attitude.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English.
• A strong passion for travel and meeting new people.
