Cabin Crew, Future Programme (Ryanair)

Ryanair, Europe’s largest airline group, invites aspiring candidates to express interest in its Future Cabin Crew programme. This presents an opportunity to join a vast network of over 16,000 Cabin Crew members operating across Ryanair's extensive network of more than 90 operational bases. The team delivers exceptional customer service to a significant volume of guests daily across thousands of flights.

Serving as Cabin Crew for Ryanair offers access to numerous advantages, including discounted travel across a network exceeding 250 destinations, an established 5-day-on/3-day-off roster pattern, and competitive remuneration packages. Comprehensive, world-leading training is provided at no cost.

Previous experience is not a prerequisite, as the training courses are specifically designed to equip individuals with the foundational skills required for the role. These skills enable crew members to ensure a safe and high-quality inflight experience for all guests. Upon successful completion of training, individuals are awarded their 'Cabin Crew Wings,' symbolising their readiness to commence flying duties.

The Cabin Crew role is rewarding yet demanding. It requires a strong commitment to safety, which is paramount. Successful candidates must be prepared to work a variable shift pattern, including early starts (potentially as early as 5 am) and late finishes (potentially returning home around midnight). The position is well-suited to customer-oriented individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate high levels of enthusiasm.

The Ryanair Future Cabin Crew Programme

In response to current recruitment demands and limited immediate vacancies, this programme allows interested candidates to join a "hold pool" for future Cabin Crew training courses scheduled later in the year.

Participating in this programme involves submitting a complete application. Successful applicants will be invited to an online interview. Candidates who pass the online interview stage will be placed in the hold pool. Placement in the hold pool prioritises individuals for selection for future training courses as vacancies arise. The recruitment teams will maintain regular communication with candidates in the hold pool, providing updates on upcoming courses and confirming interest in preferred or alternative base locations.

Prospective applicants should note that progression through the initial application stages requires successful completion of an Online English test and a Situational Judgement Questionnaire. Following these steps, an online interview will be conducted, leading to potential placement in the hold pool for future training opportunities.
