Location: Hilton Gatwick Airport, South Terminal, Horley, Gatwick RH6 0LL
Candidates are advised to arrive punctually and be prepared for a process that may extend into the late afternoon. It is essential to bring a passport, Visa/Pre-Settlement/Settlement Status Share Code (British Passport Holders only require their passport), and an updated English CV with an ID photo. A business attire dress code is required. Candidates may attend any recruitment event regardless of their desired base.
The Role of Cabin Crew:
Working as a flight attendant involves:
- Focusing equally on safety protocols and customer care.
- Performing on-board and ground duties in compliance with company policies.
- Managing in-flight sales and cash handling efficiently.
- Welcoming passengers warmly and providing assistance throughout the flight.

- Being contracted and paid from the first day of training.
Essential Requirements:
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Be aged 18 or over.
- Possess an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Hold a minimum of a high school degree, GCSE result, or equivalent.
- Demonstrate fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Possess a valid passport without limitations, with at least 6 months validity remaining.
- Be able to swim.
- Hold the legal right to live and work in the UK (British passport / Visa / Pre-Settlement / Settlement Status).
- Reside or be willing to relocate within a 90-minute commute of the chosen base, prepared to make this journey according to the work schedule.
- Have no visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the company uniform.
- Be an enthusiastic individual who enjoys interacting with people.
- Successful candidates may be required to obtain a Schengen Visa (if applicable).
- Note: Candidates with glasses or contact lenses requiring a prescription above +4 or below -4 may not pass the mandatory medical examination.
