Recruitment Day Information

Candidates are invited to attend a recruitment day on April 30, 2026. All attendees will undergo a pre-screening phone call to assess suitability for the role. It is essential to arrive on time, as the process may extend to the late afternoon.

Essential Documents and Attire:

• Passport and Visa/Pre-Settlement/Settlement Status Share Code (British passport holders require only their passport).
• Updated English CV with an ID photo.
• Smart business attire, including professional hair, makeup, and accessories. Avoid jeans, short skirts, or an untidy appearance.

Responsibilities

• Focus on both safety and customer care aspects during flights.
• Perform on-board and ground duties in compliance with company policies.
• Manage in-flight sales and cash handling.
• Welcome passengers and provide assistance throughout the flight.
• Uphold company values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
• Contribute to a team of aviation enthusiasts.
• Receive training and be contracted and paid from day one of training.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
• Minimum of a high school degree/GCSE result or equivalent.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Valid passport with no limitations (minimum 6 months validity).
• Ability to swim.
• Right to live and work in the UK (British passport, Visa, or Pre-Settlement/Settlement Status).
• Must live or be willing to relocate within a 90-minute commute of the chosen base.
• No visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the uniform.
• Enthusiastic and enjoy working with people.
• Successful candidates may need to obtain a Schengen Visa if applicable.
• Individuals with a prescription of above +4 or below -4 for glasses or contact lenses may not pass the mandatory medical examination.
