Please note that all registered candidates will undergo a pre-screening phone call to assess suitability prior to the event. Attendance at a recruitment day is mandatory, and you are welcome to attend regardless of your preferred base.
Candidate Requirements

Minimum age of 18 years.

High school degree/GCSE or equivalent qualification.

Fluent in written and spoken English.

Arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.

Valid passport with at least 6 months' validity.

Legal right to live and work in the UK (British passport, Visa, or Settlement status).

Ability to swim.

Willingness to live within 90 minutes of your chosen base.

No visible tattoos or piercings when in uniform.

Ability to obtain a Schengen Visa if applicable.

Medical suitability regarding vision (prescription must be between -4 and +4).
Professional Expectations
During the recruitment day, candidates must arrive on time and expect the process to last until late afternoon. Please bring your updated English CV with an ID photo, as well as your passport and relevant right-to-work documentation (Visa/Share Code). Candidates are expected to adhere to a smart business dress code; please avoid jeans, short skirts, or an untidy appearance.
