Role Overview
As a member of our cabin crew, you will undergo a comprehensive 6-week training course to develop the fundamental skills necessary to deliver world-class safety and customer service. This role is dynamic and demanding, requiring commitment to our safety-first culture. Successful candidates will operate on a fixed roster pattern, including early morning starts and late evening finishes.

Candidate Requirements

Unrestricted right to live and work in the UK and travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.

Height must be approximately between 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm).

Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.

Fluency in English (speaking and writing).

Adaptable to a shift-based work environment, including early and late rosters.

Assessment Information
We are currently recruiting for positions for the Autumn/Winter intake. Selected candidates will be invited to an in-person assessment day scheduled for 27th April 2026. Applicants must undergo an application review process to qualify for an invitation.
