Job Summary
Ryanair Group is actively recruiting for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join its expansive cabin crew team. Successful candidates will undergo a comprehensive 6-week training program covering essential safety and customer service skills, culminating in Supernumerary flights and the attainment of Cabin Crew Wings. The position involves working a demanding roster pattern with early and late shifts, prioritizing safety and delivering exceptional service to over 600,000 guests daily across more than 3,600 flights.
Responsibilities
- Deliver top-class safety and customer service experiences to guests.
- Operate early and late shift patterns, including reporting for duty as early as 5 am or returning as late as midnight.

- Work as part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Unrestricted right to live and work in the UK and travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
- Height approximately between 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm).
- Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
- Hardworking, flexible, and possess an outgoing and friendly personality.
- Adaptable and comfortable working a shift roster.
- Enjoy dealing with the public and possess the ability to provide excellent customer service with a 'can do' attitude.
- Comfortable speaking and writing in English with ease.
- A passion for travelling and meeting new people.
