Successful candidates will contribute to the daily operations of over 3,600 flights, serving more than 600,000 guests. The role offers a comprehensive 6-week training course covering fundamental safety and customer service skills, culminating in Supernumerary flights and the attainment of Cabin Crew Wings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering top-class safety and customer service to guests.
  • Operating early and late shifts, including reporting for duty as early as 5 am or returning as late as midnight.
  • Working within a dynamic and demanding environment where safety is paramount.

Candidate Requirements

  • Unrestricted right to live and work in the UK and travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
  • Height approximately between 157 cm (5'2") and 188 cm (6'2").
  • Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
  • Hardworking, flexible, and possess an outgoing and friendly personality.
  • Adaptable and comfortable working a shift roster.
  • Enjoy dealing with the public and possess the ability to provide excellent customer service with a 'can do' attitude.
  • Comfortable speaking and writing in English with ease.
  • A passion for travelling and meeting new people.
