Ryanair Group is seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join their Cabin Crew family. This role offers fast-track career opportunities within Europe's largest airline group, which operates over 3,600 daily flights and transports more than 600,000 guests. Successful candidates will be part of the Autumn/Winter intake at one of over 90 operational bases.

As Cabin Crew, you will provide a top-class safety and customer service experience to guests. The role involves a comprehensive 6-week training course covering fundamental skills, leading to Supernumerary flights and the attainment of Cabin Crew Wings. Career progression within the Ryanair Group is extensive, with opportunities to advance to roles such as Base Supervisor, Regional Manager, and Director of Inflight.

This is a demanding yet rewarding position where safety is paramount. Cabin Crew members are required to operate flexible shift patterns, including early starts (as early as 5 am) and late finishes (until midnight). A passion for travel and meeting new people is essential.

Requirements

  • Unrestricted right to live and work in the UK and travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
  • Height approximately between 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm).
  • Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
  • Hardworking, flexible, and possessing an outgoing and friendly personality.
  • Adaptable and comfortable working a shift roster.
  • Enjoy dealing with the public and demonstrate the ability to provide excellent customer service with a 'can-do' attitude.
  • Comfortable speaking and writing English with ease.
  • A passion for travelling and meeting new people.
